At When Nature Calls we specialise in the events industry, providing luxury toilets and showers to festivals all over the UK including Wilderness, CarFest, Forbidden Forest & Isle of Wight to name a few!
We are on the hunt for new recruits to join our fun and dynamic team over the summer and this role is specifically for the Isle of wight Festival. We require dedicated individuals who enjoy travelling the country, working outdoors and co-operating within small teams.
Our USP is “cleaned after every use” so attention to detail whilst working in a fast paced environment is essential, as is the ability to interact with our guests who return year after year mainly down to our amazing staff.
The role: Working at the heart of our operation in our fantastic Loo Lounge, you will service our individual shower cubicles or fresh water flushing loos, where we “clean after every use” and look after our hair wash and make up stations where our guests use DYSON, GHD and Molton Brown equipment/products. The lounge is carpeted and covered by our giant stretch tent to keep everyone dry and cool and houses bean bags and deckchairs where our guests take the weight off for a well earned rest.
Pay: Rates of pay are £15/hr inc holiday, a uniform is provided and full training will be provided.
The hours: You will be employed on a zero hours contract but expect the weekend to amount to approximately 25 hours to 40 hours, dependent on location, across four day. We provide free camping and a staff welfare area to prepare your snacks or a hot drink, and of course a FREE FESTIVAL TICKET to enjoy the music in your downtime!
You will need to arrive well before your first shift to attend accreditation and get settled in.
We are open 6am – 2am but shifts are normally 2 x 4.0/5.0 hours each day to give you plenty of time to enjoy the event in your time off and shifts are rotated so you can see headliners and have a lie in! Expect to work about 25/40 hours across the festival, Wednesday to Monday.
Apply today if you think that your personality is your strongest point, enjoy working within a great team and don’t mind a boogie whilst you work with our fantastic guests.
