We’re looking for Baristas & Deli Superstars

If you know your flat whites from your filter brews, can stack a dreamy sandwich, and keep cool when the rush hits, we want to hear from you!

What we need:

• A minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality (bonus points if you’ve worked deli or barista before!)
• Solid customer service skills — friendly, chatty, and able to keep the Wadhams atmosphere alive
• POS till system experience (no faffing about, you know your way around a till)
• Good knowledge of coffee & how to make it properly (we’ll happily nerd out about beans with you)
• Good understanding of food hygiene
• A team player
• Fast, efficient & always up for learning something new
• Reliable, honest, and a great communicator
