What We’re Looking For

We’re always on the lookout for talented and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about technology and great customer service.

In Q1 2025, we will be taking on a new IT Support Engineer.

We are seeking someone who:

• Thrives on solving technical problems and loves a good challenge.
• Has excellent communication skills and can explain tech in simple terms.
• Is a team player, eager to learn and grow.
• Has experience with IT systems, networking, and customer support.
• Is based on the Isle of Wight and able to drive to our customers’ premises.

In return, we’ll offer:

• Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 hours – weekends off (no on-call).
• 28 days annual leave including bank holidays.
