Responsibilities
• Staffing the factory – hiring and planning capacity requirements and shifts
• Directly supervise the factory on a day to day basis
• Responsible for daily output and adjusting capacity accordingly
• Ensure team culture is upheld
• Complete regular 1to1s with direct reports
• Responsible for factory KPI’s
• Actively look for ways to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Team governance with direct reports
• Consumables ordering
• Delivering Training and development to direct reports
Qualifications
Essential
5 GCSE’s grade A*-C – including English and Math or equivalent
Desirable
Any manufacturing qualifications
Experience
Essential
• 2 years experience of managing a team of 10+ people
Desirable
• 2 years within the manufacturing team
• 1 years experience of being responsible for KPI’s within a team
