Responsibilities
• Problem solving
• Responsible for team members working within their area of the production line
• Ensuring the team meets quality and production standards
• Day to day upkeep of the visual management board
• KPI performance of the specific area
• Stock checking of consumables
• Maintain the cleaning schedules to keep all machines in working order
• Produce a weekly area performance report
• Training and supporting operatives within the production team

Qualifications
5 GCSE’s grade A*-C – including English and Math or equivalent

Experience
Desirable
• 1 years experience of overseeing a team of 5+ people
• Previous experience working in a shop floor or warehousing role
• 1 year within the manufacturing team
